Shape and Bread
Take small portions of the mixture and form cylinders or balls. Pass them through the beaten egg and then cover them well with the P.A.N Flour.
Fry
Heat plenty of oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the croquettes over medium-high heat until golden and crispy on all sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
