– Remove the dough from the processor and compact it using your hands. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

To assemble the pie:
– Preheat The Oven
– Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with the rack placed in the middle.
– Flour The Work Surface
– Flour the work surface and roll out the dough very gently with a rolling pin.
– Line The Pan
– Line the pan with the previously rolled out dough. Prick the dough with a fork, place parchment paper on the surface of the dough, and cover with some chickpeas (pie weights). Bake for 10 minutes. Remove.
