Preheat and Prepare Mold
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Line a rectangular mold with aluminum foil and grease so that the brownies do not stick. Reserve.
Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a container, melt the chocolate together with the butter in the microwave in short intervals of 20 seconds, taking care not to burn the chocolate.
Integrate Wet and Dry
Add the sugar to the melted mixture and mix. Add the eggs one by one. Finally, add the P.A.N. Precooked White Corn Flour, the cocoa powder and the baking powder. Mix until incorporated, without overbeating.
Bake
Pour into the mold evenly. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
