In an electric mixer, beat the butter for 1 minute on medium speed, making sure to scrape down the sides. Beat for 1 more minute. Once the butter is fluffy and softened, lower the speed to minimum and gradually add the powdered sugar using a spoon, until all the sugar is incorporated. Scrape down the sides again and beat until you get a lump-free mixture.
Increase The Speed Of
Increase the mixer speed and beat until the mixture is fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, lower the mixer speed and add the egg, always making sure to scrape down any residue left on the sides of the bowl.
Add The Precooked Cornmeal
Add the Harina Precocida de Maíz Amarillo P.A.N., the rice flour and the salt. Beat until the dough begins to show crumbly crumbs. Add the milk and beat until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl forming a soft and somewhat sticky ball.
