Prepare the Dough
In a large container, mix the mashed banana with the P.A.N. Flour, the grated cheese, the melted paper and the anise.
Knead
Knead, gradually incorporating the water from cooking the bananas until you have a soft and manageable dough.
Shape and Fry
Make thin cylinders with the dough and join the ends forming a 'drop' or donut. Fry them in plenty of hot oil until they are golden brown.
