Preparation Steps
Make the Fusion Dough
In a container, place the water, salt and little by little add the P.A.N Precooked White Corn Flour. and the P.A.N. Cachapas Mixture. Mix for 2 minutes until you obtain a smooth dough. Let rest for 8 minutes.
Shape the Cacharepas
Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions, form dough balls and flatten with the palms of your hands until forming disks approximately 10-12 cm in diameter.
Cook
In a frying pan over medium heat, heat a few tablespoons of oil and cook the cacharepas for about 5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown.
Fill and Serve
Open the cacharepas while still hot and fill abundantly with the roasted pork and yellow gouda cheese.
