Divide The Dough Into
Divide the dough into 6-8 equal portions, form balls of dough and flatten them with the palms of your hands to make 10-12 cm discs.
On A Griddle Over
On a griddle over medium heat, cook the arepas for 5 minutes per side.
Open One Side Of
Open one side of the arepas with a knife and fill each one with a portion of the vegetables, another of cheddar cheese and a generous portion of chicken. Finish by adding your favorite sauce.
