If you have leftover roast beef or simply want to prepare an elegant and gluten-free pasta, these croquettes are the ideal option. Using P.A.N Flour. We achieve a crispy and golden exterior without the need for complex wheat breading.

Preparation Steps

Saute the Onion

In a frying pan, sauté the diced onion with a splash of oil until translucent and lightly golden. Booking.

In a processor or bowl, place the chopped roast beef, sautéed onion, fresh cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and smoked paprika. Mix lightly until you obtain a manageable dough (it should not be liquid).

Heat enough oil in a frying pan and fry the croquettes over medium heat until golden and crispy on the outside. Remove and place them on absorbent paper.

Serve hot accompanied with marinara sauce for dipping, and decorate with chopped chives and fresh radishes.
